Location: Gurugram, India1. Scrum Ceremonies & Agile FacilitationLead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure all ceremonies are efficient, focused, and serve their intended purpose in driving team productivity. Drive the adoption of Agile principles across the team by coaching and reinforcing best practices.2. Agile Coaching & Mindset Enablement Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values, practices, and roles. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
