We at gNxt Systems follow a methodical approach for pricing based on business engagement models for Projects. Fixed price and T&M models are the most commonly used engagement models. If you have no preference of business model we will recommend a model after careful inspection of the project based on the type of project, amount and type of task to be accomplished.

LEARN & DESIGN
Over the course of our work with you we hope to become experts in your organization, and this process begins with a phone call between your staff and our intake coordinator.
We’ll learn about your mission, where you are currently, what you have planned for the future, and how technology can help you get to where you’re going.
Our staff will let you know the options for meeting your technological needs and give you an idea of how the process will work. When you’re ready to move ahead, we’ll schedule an initial design meeting with the specific team members who will oversee your project.

PRICING MODEL
FIXED PRICE MODEL
Fixed Price Model (FPM) is ideal pricing option when requirements are clearly defined. We will quote certain price at the outset and the whole project development is carried out within that pricing framework. gNxt Systems’s fixed price model offers a low-risk option to clients. This model also guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, costs, and timelines are clearly defined up front in the model. However, in this model, for any change in scope at the later stage in the project delivery, a prior agreed upon fixed hourly rate is charged to the client.
TIME & MATERIAL MODEL
It is Ideal for clients who themselves want to play a larger part in project execution. In this T&M model the pricing is determined based upon the number of person hours required to complete the project. This model is useful when scope, specification and implementation plan of the project is not easy to define e.g. During the initial phase or projects. In Time and Material Model client pays as per the number of person hours put in development efforts. If the T&M model determines the exact scope and the project allows the scope to be frozen, the model can be converted into a fixed price model.
DEDICATED RESOURCE MODEL
Dedicated Resource Model is the right model for web development, especially for overseas web development companies. In this model, we will provide resources to work dedicatedly on your project or be the part of your development team or to establish your offshore development center. They work in our office.
